How to order

Step 1 – Place your order:
Click on "buy now" and place your order. When your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Then continue with step 2.

Step 2 – Send us your current decoder:
Send your current decoder (stating 'MYLAPS RC2 / RC3 V3 Upgrade') along with a printout of your order confirmation to the MYLAPS office in your region.

Step 3 – Get your new MYLAPS RC4 Decoder:
As soon as we receive your decoder and printed order confirmation, we will send the new MYLAPS RC4 Decoder to your shipping address. The shipping time is based on the shipping provider that you can select in the order process.

Upgrade conditions

In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the following conditions apply to the upgrade from the MYLAPS RC2 / RC3 V3 decoder to the MYLAPS RC4 Decoder:

  • Only applies to the MYLAPS RC2 / RC3 V3 decoder.
  • The MYLAPS RC2 / RC3 V3 decoder must be in working order.
  • Decoder needs to be put online. (MYLAPS Practice)
  • The printout of your upgrade order confirmation e-mail needs to be sent together with the RC2 / RC3 V3 Decoder you wish to upgrade.
  • MYLAPS will only ship the RC4 Decoder to your shipping address upon receipt of:
    (a) your current RC2/RC3 v3 Decoder, and
    (b) a printout of the upgrade order confirmation e-mail.

RC3 decoder check for RC4 features

With this check you can see if your MYLAPS RC3 decoder is ready for RC4 features. You can find the serial number of the decoder on a sticker at the back of your decoder or by using the dot button on the front of your decoder.
