Step 1 – Place your order

Click on the "Buy now" button to make use of the service, and fill in all requested fields. Use the "Details" field for entering the following information:

  • The transponder number (this number is printed on the front of the transponder)
  • One of the following:
    - The first and last name of the previous owner -or-
    - The email address of the previous owner -or-
    - The last event at which the previous owner used the transponder

Step 2 – Validation

Based on your request, we will validate the identity of the last owner of the transponder. If all details are correct, we will disconnect the transponder from the previous user’s account. Once disconnected, we will send you a confirmation email. You can then connect the transponder to your account.

Step 3 – Connect the transponder to your account

Go to MYLAPS Results from the main navigation on

  • If you already have an account, log in and go to Your profile. Click “Your Products” and you can register the transponder.
  • If you do not yet have an account, click on “Register” in the top of the screen. This leads you to the registration form in which you can fill in your transponder number to register the transponder.

Note that following your registration, the previous transponder data is migrated to your account and the previous owner loses access to these records. The process can take up to 48 hours.
