The ADAC Kart Masters and the DMV Kart Championship will introduce Personal Transponders in the upcoming 2012 season. They are both German kart series. For 2012 there will be 5 events held in the ADAC Kart Masters. The 2012 DMV Kart Championship consists of 7 events.

One of the main reasons to make the racers buy their own Personal MYLAPS Kart Transponder is to reduce the transponder handling by the organization. Next to this the racers will be able to check online for the results on MYLAPS Results website and participate with their Personal Transponder in each other race where the MYLAPS Kart System is used.
