Sometimes (there is a very little change) the startup time is longer than desirable. Please find below more information.

1. What is the reason for this longer startup time?
Due to a production error a small percentage of the first batch of MYLAPS RC4 Hybrid transponders have a longer startup time than average.

2. Does this issue apply to my transponder?
The issue only applies to a small number in the very first production batch. Click here to check if your transponder belongs to this batch.

3. Can I replace my transponder?
If the issue applies to your transponder, than we will replace it with a new one for free. Click here for further instructions.

4. What is the expected delivery time for replacing my transponder?
Currently the production process is fully up to speed again. We give replacements highest priority.
