Istanbul Marathon timed with MYLAPS

On the 16th of October the 33rd Intercontinental Istanbul Eurasia Marathon in Istanbul (Turkey) took place. It is the only course in the world where you can run from one continent to another. All events start on the Asian side of Istanbul and ends on the European side. Along the way passing the most beautiful sights of the city.

In total 9350 registered runners participated in 3 different distances: 42KM, 15KM or 8KM. From those runners 3200 are coming from outside Turkey. Although the weather was not that great to run a marathon, it was still a success.

The timing was in the hands of our MYLAPS Timing Partner Depar Ticaret with help of our Hungarian and Croatian MYLAPS Timing Partners. They used the MYLAPS RUN CHAMPIONCHIP timing system to perform the timing service.
