Trouble Shooting

    • Mi Flex Manager no se conecta a internet – que hago?

    • Intenta ingresar un sitio web para revisar que la conexión a internet ese bien. (ej. www.mylaps.com)

      1. Si no puede ingresar a un sitio web, revisar la configuración de internet.
      2. Si puedes ingresar a un sitio web, revisar que puedes ingresar a “flex.mylaps.com”
      3. Si no puede ingresar a “flex.mylaps.com”, favor de ponerse en contacto con MYLAPS.

    • Como conecto mi cargador Flex en mi PC?

    • Utilice el cable USB adjunto para conectar al Puerto USB.

    • Without a credit card a you can't buy in the MYLAPS webshop. If you don't have a credit card yourself, please ask someone in your neighbourhood to help you out or contact MYLAPS for your options.

    • The battery in the transponder cannot be replaced.

    • Can I use my MYLAPS transponder in another kind of sports?

    • Each transponder is optimized to perform at a sports specific characteristic. Therefore transponders are not interchangeable between different sports and MYLAPS timing systems.

    • MYLAPS transponders are not compatible with any competing system.

    • Can I buy a new holder when I have the old type Car/Bike transponder (TranX 260)?

    • The new holder will not fit the old Car/Bike transponder. The old holder is still available but is not sold in the webshop. If you like to purchase an old type holder, please send an e-mail to info@mylaps.com

    • No, the new charger is designed to only fit the current type transponder.

    • How do I register a transponder?

    • All owners of a MYLAPS transponders can create a MYLAPS account to view personal race and / or practice results. You can register your transponder by filling out the registration form in the ‘your results’ section of our website.

      When you try to register a used transponder, please also check "How can I register a second hand transponder?"

    • How can I register a second hand transponder?

    • All owners of a MYLAPS transponders can create a MYLAPS account to view personal race and / or practice results. Due to privacy regulations it is not possible to register a transponder number that has already been registered. To be able to register a second hand transponder it needs to be unregistered from previous owner's account. Please visit the used transponder section for further instructions.

    • Can I register multiple transponders in my account?

    • Yes, when you log in into your account, you can register up to 3 transponders.

    • I forgot my password, how can I retrieve my password?

    • If you cannot remember your username or password, you can use our resend login-information page to retrieve your account information. Enter your e-mail address and press the "Submit" button. You will receive an e-mail with the account information linked to this e-mail address.

      When the e-mail address in your account is not in use by you anymore, please contact us via info@mylaps.com. Please state your name, transponder number, old e-mail address and new e-mail address so we will be able to change this for you.

    • Is it possible to see all my results when I race with different organizations?

    • As long as the organization uses MYLAPS timing equipment and uploads the results to MYLAPS.com you will be able to see all your results. All your results will show in your personal MYLAPS account making them easy to find, no matter what organization you had a race with.

    • What do I need to do when my result is incorrect?

    • The results are created and uploaded by your race organization. If your results are incorrect you should contact the race organization to correct this and re-upload the results to www.mylaps.com

    • How can I change my name in race results?

    • The names are entered into the timing software by your race organization and they upload the results. If your name is spelled incorrectly your race organization should fix this in the timing software and then re-upload the results to Mylaps.com

    • How can I change my name in my MYLAPS account?

    • It is not possible to change your name in your MYLAPS account, because it is a personal account.

    • Can MYLAPS help me find my missing transponder?

    • MYLAPS cannot track your stolen or missing transponder. You can do that yourself by regularly logging into your account and see if it has been used by somebody else.

    • How can I find my latest race results on the MYLAPS website?

    • You can find your results in your sports and country section on www.mylaps.com. Race results are uploaded to mylaps.com by your race organization. If your results are not on the Mylaps website, please contact your race organization why the results are not online yet.

      When you used your personal MYLAPS transponder, you will be able to easily find your latest results in your MYLAPS account.

    • How long do the results stay on the MYLAPS website?

    • As long as Mylaps.com exists the results will be available. Keep in mind that when you sell your transponder and the new owner re-registers the transponder, all the historical results will be disconnected from your account.
