Being able to get support on a weekend and well after normal working hours can be crucial in the timing world. In preparation for a recent event, some connection problems had me calling MYLAPS support for last minute help. I was able to connect with my account manager in the US and even the MYLAPS engineers, at a time when it was very early Saturday morning in Holland. They walked me through the steps to get my GPRS working, which allowed me to post live results of our splits.
