Fair play

In sports it’s about fair play. When doing business, we also place great value on fair play. Our company uses accurate and transparent accounting methods and we work with external legal experts to gain independent advice in the field of labour, legal and insurance.

All MYLAPS employees involved with commerce, purchasing or finance, are trained on financial compliance and have to sign a yearly FCA agreement.

We have an internal code of conduct and a clear whistleblower policy. Additionally we work with an external confidential contact person to discuss unwanted or unacceptable behaviour.

Discount and investment regulations: clear procedure on approval process implemented with thresholds per level
We have a portfolio of external legal specialists in the field of patent law, insurance, labour and private
For independent and anti-corruption behavior we have external accountants and bank affairs
We have a Data Processing Officer who is responsible for data security
Regular NPS customer surveys conducted by external research agency
