MYLAPS and GivenGain to enhance fundraising

MYLAPS Sports Timing and GivenGain have announced an agreement to offer free charity fundraising to mass sports events in the EMEA, Asia & Pacific regions.

MYLAPS is the inventor of automated sports timing and develops state of the art timing technology combined with services to offer the ultimate sports experience to athletes, their followers, and events.

GivenGain is a global leader in crowdfunding for non-profits. Its free-to-use service is designed to massively boost the income of all charities and non-profits – from leading brands like Unicef, WWF, and Doctors Without Borders, to the smallest charities anywhere in the world. GivenGain works with mass participation events in 29 countries supporting charities in 81 countries through the contributions of donors and fundraisers from 194 countries.

MYLAPS and GivenGain joined forces to offer a free fundraising service to event organizers in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Pacific, which will make their event more engaging and raise its global profile while making a social impact.

Enabling peer-to-peer fundraising with GivenGain’s seamless and innovative functionalities gives athletes a memorable experience that is social and shareable – before, during and after race day. This helps event organizers to spread awareness of their events and keep participants returning year after year.
