The Sporthive training plans have been downloaded and used over 300,000 times by runners from all over the world. The plans are designed based on scientific research, and in collaboration, with one of Europe’s leading universities in sport science.

The Virtual Coach app is very simple to use. After downloading from the App store or Google Play, users can enter their personal data, distance and performance level. It is even possible to select how many days in the week you would like to train and on which days you are available. The app will create a personalised schedule, give updates the day before training, and let users share their achievements with friends and family via social media.
